Well, the name was given to our singer/guitarist, ironically when he wasn't saved. He never really ever used it, until one day he got saved. What seemed like such a short time later, he was doing what God had always had on his heart to do. PLAY MUSIC!
Then, one night, I was sleeping, something I count as a religious must in my life, lol, not really, well o.k. maybe! Anyhow, God gave me a dream. In the dream he just kept showing me the time frame of 6. I asked God what he meant? Well, I took it as God was showing me "God's work." He created creation in a time frame of 6, and rested on the 7th day.
He kept showing me how time was coming to an end soon.
The dream really shook me for several reasons. One. I knew I was ready for his return, but I also knew a lot of my friends and family were not. So, from then on we knew 6hoursfrail was the name.
I never really knew why God showed me hours instead of days though. I figured it was just a time thing. Well, today I received a reply to an email I wrote an old friend. I sent a link to our site, where he saw our name, 6hoursfrail. He asked if I had known that when Jesus died on the cross for our sins, it is calculated that He was on the cross for 6hours. I was amazed. I had never known that!
So, Tim and I researched it and found a site that gave us some scriptures confirming it. Tim got his Bible out and read me the scriptures, and we were even more amazed! See, the Crucifixion of Jesus took place at 9 AM (Mk.15:25, New Living Translation)and the Death of Jesus at 3 PM (Mk.15:33-34, New Living Translation). That's 6hours. Jesus suffered on the cross FRAIL for 6hours to die for our sin.
God created creation in a time period of 6 and he died for all creation in a time period of 6. There it was, my answer. The work God was showing me, was he worked to create us and he worked to die for us. Now we need to do God's work, because NO ONE KNOWS THE TIME OR THE HOUR, TIME IS FRAIL!!!!
